Miguel and his team were amazing from the beginning - not only meeting, but exceeded my expectations. Before work began Miguel delivered some composite shingles in various colors and type so we could see the quality and use it for the paint colors. Miguel's quote was competitive but his timeline was much faster. His team arrived on day 1 and did demolition by 1PM. The next day the materials (plywood and composite shingles, new flashing, new skylights, new venting) were delivered by 8:30am and work began. His team repaired a couple of issues they found. New gutters arrived the morning of day 3 the entire roof and new gutters were complete having organized the preliminary city inspection on day 2. On day 4 final city inspections done! Miguel communicated each day the expectations and even sent me pictures. His crew was fastidious in their clean up and attention to details. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing. I have already given them out to a couple of neighbors!

Great roofer. Miguel is very nice to work with, honest and humble.
His quote was on a higher side, but had the best commitments listed in the quote. He and his crew are very friendly and did a fantastic job.

He was flexible in his schedule and installed the roof sooner and completed on time, as there was a strong storm coming our way..

Great guy to work with and I highly recommend Landmark Roofing.
