Definitely it’s best condom, all apartments it’s new, I living 2 years already here and never had problem. I once requested a servant in my apartment and it was done in a few hours of request. extremely helpful. Mari Cutrer as the condominium manager does an excellent job.
My husband and I were interested in moving to the Terraces during the COVID 19 pandemic and Marcy (Apartment Manager) made the experience the best I've ever had. Although we didn't move to the Terraces because the floor plan layout didn't work for our family, I would strongly consider the Terrace Condominiums to anyone who is searching for a new home based on the great service and professionalism displayed by Marcy. Thank you Marcy very much for helping our family the way you did.
I absolutely love driving home to the Terraces every day and love the Kennedy regional Park which is only 3 miles away! I love my condo and it has a gas stove and beautiful views of the hill and greenery. Best of all I’m only 16 miles from San Francisco!
Fabulous teachers. My daughter went here for two years and we all loved the staff. Great structured program for little ones.
