Love Maggie’s office!! I can’t say enough great things about her practice. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and every time Tracy is so kind, caring and thorough with each cleaning. She’s so, so good at what she does! Tracy and Maggie always take the time to get to know me and understand any concerns I may have. I always feel so calm, relaxed and well taken care of. Every staff member here is so kind and really good at what they do. I highly recommend Pleasanton Prosthodontics!

I know Dr, Chao when she had her office in W.C and today we realized it might be 9 years or so that I come to her. When one looks for a Prosthodontist you want to make sure that you get the best work in an adequate time and Dr. Chao is the most professional, reliable person.
She takes her time and understands when one has a concern , she is like your good friend you trust. And trust is a big issue when you are in a chair of a Prosthodontist.
When you enter her office you are greeted by her friendly staff and then you hear already laughter from the office where she is with patients.
I recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone, is the best!

If I could give Dr. Chao a higher rating then this I absolutely would.
She is caring, compassionate, professional and does everything to the highest of standards. I had a case that was not easy, but she took her time with me, making sure that everything is perfect while also making me feel comfortable and so well cared for. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have found her!
Daniella at the front desk is also excellent. Very professional, explained everything well and very friendly! I had no issues with scheduling appointments and they have a good reminder system.
Danny the hygienist is an absolutely delightful person and you can tell that he is in the job that he is meant to be doing! He is friendly and so kind toward the patients, you can tell that he truly cares about your comfort and about getting to know you. He is an absolute asset to this practice and has an amazing future ahead of him in this field.
I highly recommend Dr. Chao and her staff and can't say enough about how great they are!

I love Dr. Chao’s office. Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate and Maggie’s work is top notch. The only sad thing is that I found out my favorite assistant Natalie is leaving after today. It was always great to see her every six months. Good luck, Natalie!

Its outside my previous experience to have a regular dentist with the extended credentials that Dr. Maggie Chao (Go Bears!) has acquired.

Indeed the west coast college grad earned an elite Harvard graduate school diploma that hangs on the wall, yet Dr. Maggie is very friendly and approachable - No elitist attitudes exist in this office!

Though I am near the youngest of the Baby Boomers, I am getting older and knowing that an actual prosthodontist is managing my overall dental health gives me confidence that I'll keep my teeth as long as possible.

Each of the Dental Hygienists Dr. Chao has on staff have been great to me, though I now have a preference and the staff supports me seeing her consistently.

The office and chair-side staff are all friendly and efficient, the office is located where most Pleasanton Dental Professionals flock, and Dr. Chao's office itself is more welcoming and more comfortable than many people's home.
