Beautiful creek trail for Biking and running.with water in both side. Great place to enjoy the water views in Coyote Hills Regional park

Super solid place for triathlon training although it’s very flat. Late afternoons, wind picks up a lot especially as you get near the water. There’s also some small downhill areas if you have a mountain bike. The road bike sections get packed after 9am on weekends and are pretty empty on weekdays. Overall super solid and low stress trail

Please, if you are fishing, biking or anything that takes very long (>1hr), go pay and park at the bigger lot. The small lot is for people who go for a quick walk or run.

I've been going here for a walk, running and kayaking for over 7 years. Always a less populated lake park compared to Elizabeth. Many ppl fish here too.

The scene is absolutely beautiful, of course.

The main lake is a good spot for fishing and kayaking, although for kayaking it's small but still very enjoyable. You can walk/run along the short or long circle route.

There are two main parking lots, one free, small that's right off paseo padre, another huge, but paid and a bit further down. Before not many people know this lake but right now you have to wait to park in the small lot.

Parking is not abundant. Located on a street leading towards a residential area. The trail is relatively flat and pleasant. It's great for jogging and walking. Also, good for gravel biking. Wide path with 2 tiers, one that is street level running parallel to Paseo Padre Rd (to the right) and the other that veers below (to the left) which follows along the lake. It is best to decide which path you would like to take at the parking lot entrance as both trails are divided by a fence so you are unable to cross over unless you turn back, which I ended up doing. Trail is mostly in the open air with patches of trees for shade. The trail has a couple of forks in the road but I stayed on the main path and took the first left heading towards the lake. There are several benches along the way if you need a break and some underneath some trees overlooking the lake. There are a few porta potties at the front of the trail if needed near the parking lot. There is a sign to wear a mask at the beginning of the trail and most were wearing them. Appears to be in a safe location

A scenery trail that is very friendly to all people. At the top you will get a great panoramic view of Fremont - Santa Clara/ South Bay Area. There are a few branches along the trail leading to other different length of trail
