Interchange Athletics

Interchange is a great gym with coaches and teammates that motivate you to do your best. I moved to Fairfield for work and needed to find a gym in the area, they have push me to do my best every day and the community is the best I have experience a gym.

Started my new membership a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. Great experience so far being a beginner at the CrossFit type workouts. They make you feel like family.

If you are looking for a gym that welcomes all skill levels, Interchange Athletics is the place. The coaches focus on proper form and modify workouts if needed. Love the camaraderie and support among the gym members!

Though this place is a bit of a drive from our home, my husband and I have been enjoying going to this gym for the past 6 months. For us, good and worthwhile places are truly worth our time. It is a community filled with warm, friendly, positive and like-minded folks. But most of all, it is a place led by certified coaches who are knowledgeable & experienced in their field. I am impressed that they also recognize a member’s mobility limitations and the coaches work closely with any member to modify the movements to avoid injuries. Even with the modifications, it still guarantees an hour of intense cardio and strengthening workout. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this gym! I have never been the athletic type and find gyms in general to be very intimidating. But this one is different. This is the most warm and welcoming group ever. The support from not only the amazing and talented coaches but from other members is something that money can't buy. The workouts can be scaled so anyone can do them. I've never enjoyed working out until now and I have never been so driven to keep coming back and keep improving. The BootCamp is amazing. The high intensity group classes combined with group support and 1:1 nutrition and diet coaching which is personalized for each member is something that you just can't get anywhere else. If you want to get fit, increase your strength, stamina and endurance, lose weight AND have fun doing it, then this is your gym.
