Nestled amongst the great Livermore wineries. Ideal has super fair pricing. It's a safe place for our RV. I really appreciate the great location and ease of getting in and out of the place. JJ and the staff are always visible and keep an eye out for any strange activity. Other tenants are courteous and wave when coming or going. I've been here for over a year and appreciate the great service.

Been a client for over 13 years for our boat storage needs. The last 3 years our enclosed trailer has also been there when not needed.
It's safe, less expensive then any other storage location withen 20 miles that I can find.

Great prices! Yes, they have rules and they REALLY stick to them! Its their business and they can run it how they choose. I have never had a problem there and find the lady in the office very pleasant, but stay on her good side and have all of your paperwork in order! I have a 31 foot trailer stored there for 2 months now. No issues.

I've been keeping my boat here for over a year now. You are not going to find a better priced storage facility in the Bay Area. They keep the place clean and secure. The gates are always promptly locked, and they have a video monitoring surveillance system that is monitored by the onsite personnel.
