(January 9, 2023, 4:06 pm)I make the drive from the Inner Sunset to come here and it's so worth it. These workouts are effective, fun, and hard work. The instructors are motivating, helpful, and so kind. I feel comfortable in this gym which is hard to say for me. I love ILKB!

(August 17, 2022, 4:29 pm)This place is great. I am trying kickboxing for the first time and everyone were welcoming. I went for trial class and I loved it. The studio is spacious, clean and very well maintained. Staff here are friendly and great. The instructors help to correct your form. The workout itself is great and I feel relaxed at the end of it. I will keep continuing to come here and reach my fitness goals. Definitely recommend this place.

This includes the staff and members. It’s such a fun place to be every night. The changes are unreal. Over 40 pounds lost so far.

The workout is hard, but invigorating, relieves stress. Helps keep you healthy and fit. Always love starting my day with a kickboxing class!!
