Holland Car Care

For my experience, Blake and Shawn are the best in the bay area.
I went to so many different dealership and auto repair shop and i encounter always some issues.
But Holland car care in San Carlos got my attention because they actually care about you .
I actually have an Audi with a certain age now and required a lot of repairs , they are the only one without overcharging me , I really appreciate that .

If you own an Audi, VW, Porsche or any other European model vehicle this is by far the best place to get work done on your car. Honest straight forward shop who doesn't price gauge customers for their work and does an amazing job.

In general I am pleased with Blake,his desire to help and getting the car ready on time. However the service provided said that the car was test driven. I am not so sure it was. When I drove the car back from Holland I got an alarm on hood being open. How can that be if it was test driven? Also When the hood was raised I saw dried leaves on the battery area and the engine area. I will sure come back for continued service on my both cars, but I thought it is fair to provide this feed back

Amazing service and work! I heard about this place on NextDoor and after a million bad experiences at my dealership I decided to come here for an emergency problem. Spoke to Blake on the phone and he was super personable and courteous. I was able to make an appointment that same week. Good location and when we arrived staff was inviting. Was able to tell Blake all my cars problems and he was very communicative. They do not push anything on you but offer advice and are willing to give estimates with no judgement. Overall very satisfied with their work and will be going back!

Just popped in because I had a tire that kept going flood and asked if I could make an appointment.

Blake was working and set you up time now and I said absolutely.

About an hour hour and a 1/2 later I had a patch to tire and I was on my way.

Holland care is fantastic they have great service great people.

They all make you feel so comfortable.
