Held and Lau DDS

Have been going to this dental clinic for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Friendly and professional service. Latest cleaning was with Kathryn who was very thorough and detail-oriented. She educated me regarding addressing my little trouble spots while brushing, etc which I appreciate. Kathryn is also a very nice person and I enjoyed chatting with her.

I've been a patient of Held & Lau for over a year now, and I'm very pleased with the office and dental services overall. The staff is efficient and delightful. Both Dr.s Held and Lau are professional and kind. I'd highly recommend this practice for your dental needs!

Just had an extremely thorough and gentle cleaning at Dr. Held's office and a visit with Dr. Held, who is a fantastic dentist who genuinely cares for my teeth. We're watching a couple teeth; so he's not rushing into dental work at all. He also was extremely responsive on a weekend night when my son chipped a tooth. Truly an excellent dentist. I've seen the other two who are there as well (Lau and someone else) and they were both really nice as well. The office manager is great about making sure I have appointments that work for me, reminders, reschedules, etc. They're all a really great bunch of people. My visits are very relaxing!

Highly recommend! Dr Zach Held & Dr Jamie Lau - and the entire Held & Lau team - are fantastic. I've been with their practice for well over a decade and I can't imagine going anywhere else. From entrance to back office, I find Held & Lau professional, caring, responsive, patient (and I'd need more room to continue with the positive words). They consistently go above and beyond "normal" protocol. I have been well cared for and so has my husband. Huge gratitude to Cindy, Dr Zach, Dr Jamie... and the entire team.

I have had work done with both Dr.Held and Dr.Lau and they are amazing. I visited a lot of other dentists in the past and saw the difference. I got dental implants from them a few years ago and the quality of work was very good. Ever since, I always go to them for all my dental work. Their staff is also very cordial and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any person/family looking for long-term dental care.
