(September 22, 2022, 6:10 pm)I don't know of any yoga studio offering what Heart and Soul does. Susan is warm and generous and knowledgeable and the yoga setting is peaceful and beautiful. It's a definite must if you want to treat your yoga practice like something to be experienced rather than just "a workout."

From a first look I felt Heart and Soul Yoga was it and my initial class confirmed it. Susan, as a class leader, instructor and motivator, creates an environment where every level of yoga is accommodated and there is no pressure to go beyond your body’s

(July 16, 2022, 12:41 am)Susan O'Toole is a wonderful yoga instructor. Her warm spirit puts everyone at ease and her classes are the perfect blend of meditation and yoga. Classes are held outdoors on her patio (or under a canopy in the winter) and there are chickens, goats, and sheep happily grazing in a pen nearby. It's magical.
