    Nhi is such a great personal trainer. She’s so dedicated to teaching me the proper form so that I can exercise effectively. Suddenly the same weight gets a lot more challenging if you have the right form when doing so. She has also very gently pushed me to get out of my confort zone and I’m able to do things I didn’t think I could. I feel getting better and better with her guidance. Definitely recommend anyone having her as a personal trainer.

    All of the trainers here are excellent. They are great working with adults as well as youth. My son has trained her with his little league team and they have loved the training they received.
