Great office space!
So far the orthopedic doctor and her two staff are all OK; very accommodating and helpful. My only concern is that they have no waiting room. We were advised to stay outside until we are called if there is already available room. In my case, I'm just using taxi or Uber..They just drop me off and pick up at the designated time. It's good that at my appointment today, the weather is good. It is a sunny day. While waiting for my turn to come inside, I did a 30-minute walking exercise. If it is very cold or raining, that will be a major problem for me. This is the first time that I encountered this kind of problem. I saw a waiting room with empty chairs inside but a certain Arlene told me that I can't wait there because of lockdown. I can't do anything but to abide by their policy
Other than this specific issue , everything is fine. Wish on my next appointment, they can fix the problem.
