Graton Resort and Casino

Everything was going great up till I was going to check out and my car was gone. With all the security here you'd think these people would have done everything in their power to help resolve this issue. NOT!! ONLY DID THEY NOT HELP THEY WOULDN'T SHOW ME THE TAPE FOOTAGE SO I COULD SEE FOR MYSELF.

Go for the pool stay for the cabana. Worth every penny. Get food and drink in the casino and bring it to your cabana. Mini fridge stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, there is comfortable seating everywhere, they provide towels. Lovely, relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

Have never gotten a room there, but was contractor for tile during their construction. I've spent quite a bit of money and time there and have yet to receive a comp room. The rewards system is nice, but could use a little more boost to make it more favorable. Clean facilities, nice staff, and good quality games on the floor.
