(June 13, 2018, 4:13 pm)Elizabeth is AWESOME to work with. I had surgery on my foot and have been laid up for 4 months which caused me to gain a lot of weight. Feeling very insecure, not wanting to go to a gym, I booked her for a private lesson. Best choice I ever made. She knew how to work my foot while also working the rest of my body. She’s warm, funny and knowledgeable in her field. I feel like I met a new best friend who’s kicks my butt and truly cares. Anyone who feels very insecure about themselves, you’ll be comfortable here. She runs it out of her home in a private room and even her home feels warm for going to a strangers house. She rocks. Five stars hands down.
