HITT Factory

Last two have been incredible here. I moved here from another gym recently and have been attending the HiTT classes by Doreen. In my opinion she is best Trainer with whom I have worked out. She not only trains a class great but goes to individuals at least 5-8 times a class, motivating and correcting the posture, form etc. this review is my thanks to her on Thanksgiving

I would not have burned 2x calories and get better everyday without her caring so much. She clearly believes in going Above and beyond the role

In search of some kickass workout I took trial classes at HITT factory. Signed up without any hesitation. Great facility, Great trainers, Amazing workouts. Love the factory look of it. Acoustics could be little better. Sometime it is hard to hear the trainer.

Amazing fitness center! Joined 6 months ago and my results are exciting. This is the best gym in the bay area and they are not only in Pleasanton but Livermore too! We have the best coaches who are always pushing you to be your very best. They have plenty of class times and the very best deal around. I am so glad I found this gym family and cant wait to see what goals I meet going forward. HITT IT!

Not only are the trainer really supportive of the one on one training (even in a class setting) the other individuals who are also attending are just as motivating and supportive.
I have been there several times and always have seen the owner encouraging the customers (people there working out) to keep going.

I especially like the fact that they take in consideration any medical limitations you may have and work with you as if you were a "VIP" client!

If you want to drop the weight - and fast - healthy and have massive energy...this is the place to be....in one week....with the proper diet.....that was suggested for me...I was amazed to see that I lost 4 pds! The second week I was still losing (3+pds). I am extremely excited to see where I am at in 6 weeks!!!
