I have trained in several places, it is the first time I do crossfit and I think it is the most complete training to work on strength and resistance. They motivate me in each training session to be better and achieve your goals and results. I feel the best environment with all my colleagues happy to have come here. The best thing is our couches are excellent trainers, the place is the largest for training, you work in groups and it is motivating to see your teammates grow every day in each training session that is motivation for me and to be better every day ... I recommend it to the 1000% you will not regret it come be part of this great great team
