(April 19, 2023, 3:06 pm)Great gym, friendly staff and trainers. The prices are also very affordable on membership and personal training. I signed up for fitness 19 for Ismael Ortiz. I known him since college and I use to train with him at another gym but with certain circumstances he left that place and got hired at fitness 19. So I didn’t hesitate to cancel my membership and personal training contract to switch over to fitness 19 because it’s very difficult to not only find a gym that’s affordable but a really good trainer that knows his stuff and trains accordingly towards your goal.

(March 3, 2023, 3:40 pm)Pros: The gym is pretty conveniently located, cheap, open till late hour. There are always abundant parking in the lot with no soliciting/begging activity around. People working the gym are friendly, and do a good job cleaning and maintaining the equipments. And it's $15/month. The gym management has made a lot of improvement since late of last year.
Cons: The gym is small so expect long wait at peak hour. Bring your own fractional plate, the lowest is 2.5lb. -

(February 3, 2023, 1:30 pm)Gym is great but music playlist doesn’t match the gym nor the environment. Country music really?!? Dojo cat really?!? Some of songs are like girls night going to club type of music? A mismatch with the environment someone please change the playlist. Yes I have headphones but I come with friends and we pause our music to talk about the sets and hearing the music just brings down the mood and can’t focus .
