Working out is a personal feat - so if you're looking at this review - GREAT JOB! 50% of your success is getting yourself out there. And if you're looking for places close by to workout, OTF Hayward is the place to start / continue your fitness journey!

This review will not be why you should workout, but more so on why OTF Hayward may be a good option for you (read: reasons I continue to go):

* HYGIENE - mandatory for every station to be wiped down after use (no sharing of sweat) & FULL masks are required (none of that below the nose stuff). Coaches also spray down stations during class to ensure cleanliness.

* SAFETY - this is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - Coaches keep a close eye on everyone (from form to heart rate) to ensure you're, safely, working at your peak performance . Equipment is also checked and kept up to date

* COACHES / STAFF - I can't emphasize enough how great the team is! You're not a number to them, you're a friend! And get treated as such. Everyone has such a great heart and personality, and they're just like us!

* GROUP MOTIVATION (but still it's your own workout) - not everyone is into a group workout, and OTF knows that. You walk in, "you do you". They are just there giving you a cue (and making sure you're safely working out). But it's nice to have people around, you still feel the energy.

* CONVENIENCE - OTF offers classes all day, hence you're able to book in an hour when it works for you. Additionally, it's right next to Costco! Get your workout and errands done in one shot!

When I go to a workout at OTF I know I am going to get a full workout. I attend the 5am class during the week which allows me plenty of time to get home and get ready to head to work, I feel great all day knowing I started my day with a great workout. I don't have to think about what exercises to do because it's all planned out for me. I love the way the coaches guide you through the exercises and keep you motivated to push yourself.

This is my best repair experience ever! The guys not only know how to repair the car, but also know how to help you using your insurance! I paid nothing ($0) and get my car repaired! That's totally a magic to me, and they made it! Also they provided a Nissan to me for a whole week without charging me any money! I would recommend this shop to any friend that needed.

I got the absolute best service from these men! They are honest and forthcoming with their estimates, their work, and most importantly their word. I had a lot of body work needed on my car and unbeknownst to them when they gave me my car back, a broken headlight slipped through their radar. I took it back to them and they instantly replaced with no issues to me. Everyone should bring any bodywork to these wonderful guys. I know if I ever need body work again, AIA is where I’m going!

I love that it’s a one hour full-body workout which is scalable and modifiable for all fitness levels. The instructors are great, energetic and helpful. I was intimidated to try Orangetheory when my cousin, who is a triathlete, encouraged me to join her - so it took me another year to try it when a friend who is around my same fitness level spoke highly of Orangetheory. Once I tried it I wished I would have started years ago.
There are all body sizes & shapes and fitness levels In the classes and everyone is so focused on getting through their own workout that I don’t feel people are looking at each other in a critical way. The staff in the Hayward Orangetheory are helpful and positive.

They fixed my car and we're very professional and efficient about it. Not like other shops that want to overcharge you for stuff. Honesty and good price is always key! Very happy!
