(November 30, 2021, 6:02 pm)I retained Fikes Law because my mother, who was not competent, had been led into signing a contract with a caregiver. The caregiver had hidden from me that she had asked my mother to sign a contract, and the caregiver was claiming that a substantial amount of money was due. I suspected they engaged in financial elder abuse.
Fikes Law was sharp, crystal clear in communications, responsive, and gave me good counsel. I can't speak highly enough about the work they did for me, and the result they obtained for me and my mother. I recommend them strongly for any matters having to do with elder abuse or financial elder abuse. -

Scott if very professional and experienced but we could always reach Scott and his office whenever we had a question or needed to discuss the case. My mother was being taken advantage of financially for years. Scott helped me and my mother get through a very difficult situation and ultimately obtained a very good outcome for us. I would strongly recommend Scott Fikes to everyone I know that needed an elder abuse attorney and would use him again in a heartbeat.
