Fairfield Transmission Specialist - Repair Shop

My transmission went out and called around for quotes but every place wanted to take my car and send it to their transmission guy. Once I found Vince he made me feel confident that my car was going to be taken care of and all my needs will be met in one location. Fairfield transmission specialist not only rebuilt my transmission and sent me on my way, they also informed me of other issues that I would've had and they fixed those too. Very friendly place, knowledgeable, and passionate about the work they do. I appreciate that Fairfield transmission specialist feels like family and wants to keep your car on the road. Great experience with Joey and ultimately ended up purchasing a cal king that suited our needs. Joey took time explaining differences in the types of mattresses we tested and wasn’t pushy at all.

This is my new favorite place to take my car for repairs. I loved the hospitality I had gotten my first time and continue to get. Genuine team and amazing pricing when it comes to getting stuff done. For once I felt comfortable leaving my car somewhere and I got her back running amazing. I also loved the reassurance, communication, and the team willing to meet your standards/needs as a customer. We worked with Matt and it could not have gone better. Yes we did the normal run around and lay on everything... but in addition to that he had so much information on posture and pressure points that we felt comfortable trusting his recommendations. He was definitely more focused on helping us rather than selling the most expensive bed. Ask for Matt. (He has really dark hair and beard)

We visited Mattress Firm in Livermore twice while trying to narrow down our choices. The store has a great selection of options and after our last mattress bought from an online store and sent in a box, only lasting for eighteen months, we really wanted options we could try in store in person. Matt was our sales associate and really had the mindset of educating and helping us instead of the usual “hard sell” you find in some stores. He had a lot of advice, tips, facts and patience for us going back and forth throughout the store on all the different options. That’s what made us go back to him and make our final purchase. We received a call to schedule delivery this evening and will be sleeping on our new mattress tomorrow. Thank you. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I highly recommend this shop for their patience and assistance working with me and my auto warranty company. The owner was very polite and professional with his assessment of my problem. He was also very patient and responsive when following up with my auto warranty adjuster. I will definitely return for any transmission issues!

We visited the Livermore showroom to look at replacing our Cal-King mattress because my husband believed that it was causing his back to hurt. Connie Trageser helped us in making our decision. We had already decided to buy a split adjustable frame and two new mattresses. She convinced us that our mattress was not the problem plus we should not buy the split frame. We opted to keep our mattress and purchase a Cal-King adjustable frame. She gave us a good discount on the price and set up delivery for the next day. We cannot say enough about Connie. She was a wealth of knowledge and spent a long time with us. She also saved us from wasting money on new mattresses. Our frame was delivered this morning and the guys were in and out in 30 minutes.
They, too, were wonderful. We are so happy with every aspect of dealing with Livermore Mattress Firm.
