Fairfield Subaru

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fairfield Subaru. I worked with Tony who was very communicative and helpful throughout he process. I'd been to 3 other dealerships before landing at Fairfield, and none were as positive experiences. Tony was the nicest salesman I'd encountered and helped me get my dream car! Their customer waiting area is very inviting - lots of snacks and beverages. Friendly staff all around. Overall, very pleased with my experience. I definitely recommend Fairfield Subaru - ask for Tony!

First things first, I’d like to say thank you and I’m forever grateful for Fernando’s assistance. I’d like to also say this car buying experience was the best I’ve ever had. Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and his professionalism helped my wife and I make a seamless and pleasant purchase on our new beautiful 2023 Forester. My wife and I are extremely happy and excited. I highly recommend him for any buyers interested in doing business at the Fairfield Subaru.

I'd call this place Tony Richardson Subaru because he's been the most pleasant sales consultant I've ever worked with. Super easy going, upfront with the costs, clear and prompt communications. He worked with me to get me a good price for the BRZ I've been searching for and when I showed up at the dealership everything felt streamlined. When something on the finance side came up, he looked into it and addressed my concerns without hesitation. As a Bay Area guy, it was worth it to take an Uber all the way out there to work with him and left with a big smile. Thanks, Tony!!!

I'm taking a break from zipping around in my new World Rally Blue WRX to write a few words about the good folks at Fairfield Subaru.

Tony Richardson, the salesman, had a relaxed, no-pressure style. He didn't annoy me with incessant texts and voice-mails like other dealerships do. He was happy to answer my questions or to find out the answers if he didn't know them. He helped me with my thinking about which trim, features, and color I would be most happy with. When it came time to negotiate, I felt like he took my concerns seriously and adjusted the price in my favor. I'm sure I got the best deal on a new WRX in northern California.

Emad Burjaq, the finance manager, was also good to work with. I could tell that he's a professional who tries to do his best for his customers. When I had questions about where some of the numbers came from, he showed me the calculations on his worksheets and his computer screen. Everything was fair and square.

Overall, the Fairfield dealership had a friendly, helpful atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car there again.

Fairfield Subaru exceeded expectations during a recent service visit to add a hitch to our Subaru Ascent. Check-in with April was seamless and she was very nice. Their customer waiting area is inviting with lots of windows. They even had coffee, tea, and fruit available. The young lady at the service desk was very friendly! The hitch install took most of a day so they even handled transportation for me to go enjoy lunch and come back when my car was ready. Jorge was so helpful and friendly as well. Overall, a wonderful experience and such a joy to encounter such an accommodating and friendly service team! Great job Subaru Fairfield!
