    Quick return! Be sure to take the time to fill out the millage and gas fill-up on the return paperwork. That will save you the time of having them to go out and check the car. They were surprised I filled out the form. It does save you time. So go prepared to choose to wait, or be on your way. PCM

    Best experience I have ever had at a rental car company. Alfred was extremely nice. Very down to earth. I was able to keep the same car I had. I used an online coupon code that was apparently for Pfizer Corporate Employees?? I got it off a discount website that didn't specify where the code came from. I was so embarrassed that I will never use that site again. Thankfully, Alfred was able to continue the rate I had originally so that I didn't get gouged with a last minute reservation. I was so happy I could have cried. I wanted to hug the man!!! I am so appreciative of this Budget/Avis location. Since a drunk driver hit me and totaled my car......this place has been the only place to give me GOOD NEWS!! Thank you so very much!!!! I don't know where all the bad reviews come from but I was definitely taken care of for sure. Thank You ALFRED!!!!
