Couldn’t say enough great things about the team at Fairfield Chevrolet! We fell in love with this car last week .. we came in this morning to purchase.
Sher was a fantastic and knowledgeable sales person who made the entire process stress free. He took the time before we drove off too to go through each of the cars features to make sure we knew how the bells and whistles worked.
The finance department worked hard to find us the best rate possible and worked to meet our payment goal. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from this dealer in the past 5 years .. I am sure we will be back again ! In and out in 2.5 hours !

Very pleasant experience, one of the best car service experiences I can remember having, in 50+ years of driving.

I was able to make an appointment over the web, easily choosing a date and time.

I arrived a couple of minutes early, encountered *NO* line (no congestion), and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who called my service adviser (Brian) over.
Brian went over the list of items to be done, and was very helpful and friendly.

This was my first service for our 2022 Honda, and they treated it with care. The service was quicker than estimated. (I had chosen to wait in the service lounge, which was comfortable.)

The car was returned sparking clean, too!

I received exceptional service from Jeff, who provided top-notch care and greeted me with excellent service. He demonstrated extensive knowledge and advised me on the necessary steps for my car servicing. Alongside conducting a thorough multi-point inspection, they also completed an oil change and tire rotation. Additionally, they took care of the air condenser part without any additional charges and generously offered a discount. Ensuring customer satisfaction remains their utmost priority, and they strive to guarantee that every customer departs with a smile on their face.

Great service and happy with the service. I went for vehicle's oil change, Tam N. came to help and check in the van. He was very courteous, polite, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. He told me it may take about a hour but he will try his best to see that it is done sooner. The van was out in about 45 minutes, Thank you Tam, super awesome. He even mentioned about a discount that I did not know about, that discount was applied to my invoice and because of that the total amount was less that $50. Once again, Thank you Tam. Appreciate your thoughtfulness.
I would also like to mention that Tam has an amazing memory, he remembered me and also remembered fixing the weather strip on the door of the van ( that was four years back). I would surely visit this service center again and because of the excellent customer service I do recommend this place to my friends.

Excellent service from the Honda folks over at Stevens Creek. Scheduled a maintenance appointment online on their website for an oil change. I came in earlier than my scheduled time and service advisor, Lucas Ly still checked me in. He kept me updated throughout the process on what was being done on the car and when it was checked in to the repair facility. I also got a detailed report on additional services needed but no pressure on getting them fixed right away.

I waited at the dealership in their waiting room, was comfortable and was treated with complimentary refreshments. Service was quick, when done Lucas explained in detail what was done on my Honda. I was in and out within 1.5 hours, it being a Monday. Overall, great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek.

Sales, service, and parts departments have all been outstanding. The purchase process was not only seamless but painless. The honesty and attention to detail proffered by the Service and Parts Department has not gone unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. All interactions with Fairfield Chevrolet remain positive and without angst.

Sher. Was a pretty helpful and kind salesman. He helped me sell my previous car and helped with removing some of the stuff I had inside of it. He asked for any concerns and answered all my questions about the new car I was going to buy that same day. He checked to make sure everything was all good with the new car too. Great person. My experience was amazing, my service advisor Clint was very helpful in navigating the process for my extended warranty, was willing to work with my schedule, and was very professional in his work. My car was well taken care of, had a very quick turnaround, and was well cleaned after the service. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning for future maintenance and service needs.

I was in a car accident and the whole right side or passenger side of my vehicle was damaged from front to back. I brought my car to the Chevy dealership because of course I drive a Chevy Camaro and I love my car and I want my car to be cared for by the Best and the Chevy dealership here in Fairfield has an auto body shop and they are amazing. They accommodated me right away took a little longer than I expected to get it completely ready to go but it was worth the wait and then when I had issues a few weeks later, I wasn’t able to come back right away for them to fix it but when I did come back, they took me same day kept my car called me and picked me up to come and pick it up they took me home so I didn’t have to wait there. Awesome best place ever if you have a Chevy to get your car fixed is Chevy in Fairfield California thanks guys I will always bring my card to you.
