(April 11, 2019, 10:28 am)Great studio i love this place. The teachers are attentive and are not overbearing. You feel very clean, and can breath so much better after sweating out all the toxins. It has just the right amount of heat for hot yoga but i suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early so your body can adjust.💗💗

(October 26, 2018, 8:27 pm)I love takiking class with Patrick on Wednesdays at 4:30!!!! Nice and hot!!!! Follows the dialogue at a great pace to use the entire 90 minutes.

(September 4, 2017, 2:07 am)Great experience. Can't say I love it because the heat gets to me but I know it's so good for my body. Was away for 4 years because of a knee injury. X-rays showed nothing but I was in pain for a long while. Gradually dissipated but used it as an excuse not to go back. Now 76, and went back, taking it very easy not trying too hard. Instructor very helpful and encouraging, very positive and supportive. I am improving a bit each time and my knee is okay so far. Signed up for 36 sessions and just finishing. Plan to sign up for a monthly auto deduction for unlimited sessions, will try to go from twice to three times per week. Really glad and proud of myself for keeping at it.
