I have had great customer service in my encounters with the staff. They were efficient and able to assist customers quickly. Have your package ready, have your method of payment available. Those are the 2 things that make the line slower.

I was picking up my mail when I noticed I forgot my box # and couldn't find the right box; I swear I tried atleast 30 boxes but I realized I wasn't getting anywhere so I asked for help from the post office but they were no help at all. However, I didn't give up and when I noticed this new lady at the window that I didn't see at first I approached her and asked if she could help me. Little did I know that she was the "Post Master" and she got the job done!? Like she verified my information as well as my face and she was able to locate my box! I was one happy customer. Thank you.
However, the janitor working there was asking me too many personal questions; it felt like I was being interrogated and I felt very uncomfortable.
