Lena is an outstanding teacher. She is very attuned to her students and creates a caring, empathetic space. We were able to work as a team to figure things out and help me make progress. She is intelligent and thoughtful; the work we did was always well calibrated and meaningful. Highly recommended!!!

Prior to working with Lena, I had no experience with the Alexander Technique but was curious to find out if it could help with some issues I have been struggling with throughout my life. Lena made me feel immediately comfortable and proceeded to help me accomplish a number of my goals and make a very positive impact on my life in a short period of time. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Lena was a vital part of transforming my acting for film and tv using the alexander technique. Aside from all the acting benefits of being better connected to your body and it’s impulses and habits, AT has truly changed my life day to day as well. I have less back, knee, and hip pain now that I’m aware of my habits and can redirect myself to release unnecessary tension and holding. Lena treats each client as the individuals they are, and truly hones in on what you (and your body) needs. When I first started studying with Lena, “magic” was the only word I could find to make sense of the transformation I was experiencing in my body, mind & heart connection. She is a phenomenal coach, instructor, and mentor.

I went to Lena to work on some issues I was having with balance and posture. It was a transformational experience and helped me in ways I neither expected or anticipated. I’m discarding behaviors that I had no idea were affecting my life. She is a great coach and her presentation of the technique is extremely professional. My initial reason for seeing her were addressed and so much more.
Initially I thought “ at my age what do I have to lose”. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot. Thanks Lena!

I was a little apprehensive about trying Alexander Technique but I was struggling with balancing things in my life, including being a new father. I was feeling overwhelmed and had never dealt with previous tragic events in my life. I decided to try it, mainly out of desperation. I really wasn’t convinced it would help. I was wrong. Lena was more than helpful. I feel my life has drastically changed for the better with her help. Now I recognize my anxiety and how it affects my body. I also know how to cope with it and help my body to relax when it comes up. My apprehension turned to complete faith in Lena and Alexander Technique. The gratitude I feel toward Lena for all her help cannot be put into words. I think often people are very closed-minded about new things including myself, but if you’re even thinking about trying Alexander Technique, Lena is the right person for the job! I will continue to receive lessons from Lena as time goes on. Bottom line.....Lena is awesome!
