My rep Mikael is so great to work with. She initially helped set up a homeowners policy. At the time I was getting a great deal on auto so it didn't make sense to switch. But Mikael kept an eye on it and when an umbrella policy made sense, she reached back out. I really appreciate her persistence and patience. She also presented all the info in a simple to understand format. All it took was a quick glance to see that this was a great deal.
And on top of it all, she seems like a really nice person.
