Carole went over and above to help me with my plaque. All other stores in the area turned me down. So 20/10 for service.
The product was extremely well done too, in a matter of hours. 10/10 on their styling and product quality. I got what was on the web site.
I will only go to Crown Trophy in future. And highly recommend to friends. -

There was a hiccup on the shipping (not stores fault) and they even drove 30 miles to hand deliver it to me at no extra cost to make sure I got it on time. Would definitely recommend using them, Carol did a great job throughout the whole process.
