I had a real challenge to deal with: replacing a green-toned carpet in my dining room. “Who has green carpet?”you might ask. I do, and it coordinates with my kitchen flooring and countertops. But finding a replacement that matched as well as the original wasn’t going to be easy. Or so I thought.
Floor Coverings International, Easy Bay, to the rescue! Luree, the office manager, could not have been more helpful and diligent. She took it as a personal challenge to find the perfect match. Lee, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and addressed the one minor glitch that arose during installation graciously and professionally.

From the beginning through follow-up Mechele Fong has been very helpful in helping up gat our wood floors refinished and helping up go through the selection process of carpeting.

Sam & Esteban did wonderful job refinishing the floors. They were clean gave a instructions during and for aftercare.

After visiting 4 other flooring stores, I decided to do business with Floor Coverings International largely because of the office manager, Luree. Her experience, knowledge, and great personality led me to selecting the perfect kitchen floor and living room carpet. I was listened to and if needed, additional samples were ordered so I had many choices to take home and I never felt rushed. The difference is they provide a service to help you select the perfect flooring that will fit your design, rather than just trying to make a sale. Lee came out to measure, carefully reviewed the two areas and gave me his professional opinion. I would highly recommend anyone looking for flooring products to drop by Floor Coverings International in Pleasanton.

We wanted to change our living room from carpet to hardwood floor, but the specific style of the wood that matches the rest of the rooms was no longer manufactured by the supplier. Lee helped us to pick a very close match in style, color, and texture, and he ordered the exact amount needed for the job. The entire planning process was very smooth, thorough, and thoughtful. We feel our needs and concerns are well understood and addressed with a lot of attention to detail. They also have THE BEST hardwood installation crew in town. Sam did a fabulous job preparing the worksite to keep everything clean and organized. The entire installation process is precise, fast, and of the highest quality. The new floor was installed with a perfect match with the existing one, with seamless transition and integration. I'm very impressed with the result!

Lee and his team was excellent to work with and had great communication. The floors look amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and professional. There were multiple problem areas on the wood floors (stains, burn marks, missing&broken pieces etc...) and after the refinish, all were unnoticeable. Looks like a completely new floor! Definitely recommend.
