Crossfit Danville

I love the high intensity. I draw my motivation from the great coaches and from the awesome people I workout with. I am seeing my results and it makes me want to push harder each and every time I come in.

I was nervous about joining a CrossFit gym but everyone is so nice and welcoming! The coaches come up with hard, yet attainable workouts each day and encourage you throughout the entire workout.

I arrived at CF Danville as a foreigner looking for a 2 weeks practice while I was in San Ramon for work. I did not want to lose training rithym while traveling so I had come to the RIGHT place.

All the staff was so friendly and I had an opportunity to train with several coaches and students in different classes.

The intensity of the WODs are higher than other boxes, so you really gotta push to get your job done and it was fantastic to train with these guys that also have a great team spirit.

I got a great deal on price for those 2 weeks, trained hard and made new friends.

An amazing place to work out and a great community. The coaches are fantastic and do a great job of scaling the workouts to each person's individual ability. The people are all great too. Go there to get in shape and you'll have a whole bunch of new friends too!

This gym will change your life! Crossfit Danville ROCKS. They are very professional and have workouts that can be done at all levels. The owners Dusty and Joe are very knowledgeable about the human body and are great at teaching proper technique to those in need. Swing by and check out the gym... you won't regret it!
