It’s a well kept and clean gym, the coaches are really helpful and will give you lots of constructive criticism to improve. If you’re consistent and dedicated enough you will see lots of progress that’s for sure.

Great place, very friendly environment. Everyone there is very nice and there are days to spar and improve as well instead of just group classes if you’d like. Learned a lot there

I love dropping in for boxing class here once in a while. I'm mainly a Muay Thai practitioner but love boxing as well. Great for experienced and beginners as well. Coach Ali, and Jonny, and Amir all make the boxing classes fun and safe

Coach Ali, Coach Oliva and Coach Kendall are great trainers, even if you don't box and want to train, they have a great program to help you exceed your fitness goals. A full gym with weights/equipment and easy access for anytime training with a professional

My sons 15 and 13 love taking boxing from coach Ali and the rest of the crew. I am so happy that we found this place. We have tried other martial arts dojo's and the end result was my kids learned to fight me about going instead of learning self defense. I felt ripped off because we had a contract to honor before they could quit. The fact coach Ali does not force a long term contract to train should tell you all that you need to know. It was one of the key factors to me signing them up. They do not need a long term commitment because the people and kids in there want to be there. It's not an obligation, it's a lifestyle to reach fitness and mental goals. My 15 year old has never been passionate about a sport in his life and he is absolutely "hooked". My kids as a family unit are rarely on the same page, two completely different kids, but one thing they can agree on is that they love boxing. All I can say is keep up the good work coach Ali and staff we appreciate you and your gym!
