The costumer service there is awesome is better than AT&T Maroly service was awesome was working on two computers a the same time and it tucked less than 2 minutes to fix my phone

My phone didn’t confirm my monthly payment( it’s on autopay?) and I had no service. She was very polite to deal with a distraught customer. Made a few calls, punched in a few things and voila! everything started working again. Her name is Selena. But if you don’t have that four digit PIN number, you are mostly out of luck on anything getting done.
But again, she was great.

I needed to pay my phone bill before the 9th, (due to bank card problems.). My bill is $38.00 a month. I was charged $43.00, I guess for paying in person. Yet on my text receipt it noted that I had only made a $42.00 payment. I also received a text that they were thanking me for making a $38.00 payment. Now I have to check to be sure I wasn’t charged both dollar amounts less $1.00 that is missing somewhere(?).

I have visited this location twice this week and Diego and he has been very patient with me through all the questions I have had. He answered all my questions very thoroughly and double checked if he wasn’t sure. His customer service is amazing! Totally worth the drive from Union city with a cricket not to far from me.

Frida was very patient and helpful as I kept changing my mind over the phone I wanted to get. She provided honest detail answers to my queries. There was no pressure from her to sell me a phone. I highly recommend this location as they had every phone in stock.Activation process was quick and easy.
