Not only did I get an extensive time spent by the hearing specialist adjusting the new Kirkland 10.0 hearing aids I had just purchased, but the smartphone app that connects to the hearing aids was explained in depth. I also purchased the Phonak tv connector,
a streaming device from the tv directly to the hearing aids, and it is phenomenal! Great hearing aids, great hearing specialists and an unbelievably great streaming device!!!!!!!!
