New Playground and area for the kids to play is great. I do my daughter's Physical Therapy there weekly and has lots of stairs and good terrain for her do your exercises on. The only downfall would be there always seems to be a homeless person sleeping in some part of the park. Normally that wouldn't bother me but today's homeless guy was a little bit unruly.
