It was so much fun to be here because people were getting married. The numbers were called quick and efficient, but the window clerks, though friendly, incorrectly looked up the licensed name of the business and said it wasn't active. When I went home and looked it up, it was active. So, I still recommend the county for its short wait times and nice location nestled in the downtown area of Martinez. There's a Starbucks nearby as well as sweet little stores and a few times a year they close the streets for festivities in the same area.
