Proper management, freeway access, good views, Mt. Hamilton Observatory, pleasant population. Appropriate facilities. Pool hall,
swimming pool, saunas, showers, laundry
room. All homes properly maintained. No thru traffic or telephone poles. New street resurfacing. Adequate parking. -

(December 3, 2020, 5:19 pm)My wife and I have lived here for 11 yrs and in spite of bumping heads with new ownership over severe rent increases and rent control, we are quite satisfied. Management has shown compassion in difficult situations and owner has paid serious attention to park upgrades.
