One of the nicest mobile home parks in the area. 55+ only, but there is some flexibility as long as the owner/resident is 55+. The park is clean and well maintained. Management holds residents to keep property standards up.

I lived there for close to 20 years. Great administrator. Obviously very happy there.

Really enjoyed living there. Very safe and well maintained. Three cheers for maintenance man, very helpful and courteous. Always available to help and answer questions. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Really nice clubhouse and it actually has trees and landscaping! Very nice compared to some other manufactured home subdivisions.
