From the moment we had an initial call to Colma Creation to the very last moment we made contact, my family and I were completely amazed by the professionalism, respect, support and most importantly compassion that everyone showed us during our most difficult time. Reuben and his team are the prime examples of what a caring business is. They were attentive to our needs, patient and supportive every single step of the way- even though they are busy, they truly know how to make the time to still handle every situation with care and compassion. Tilda is on top of everything and the the ladies at the front end are wonderful. I cannot say enough wonderful things for Reuben. He is kind and caring. He is poised and professional and just a beautiful person. Such a wonderful soul. He guided us and gave us suggestions we would not even think of.

We called around a few other places in the area and they were rude, impatient and gave rush vibes. Colma Cremation was the exact opposite. And reasonably affordable for sure. They made this experience as seamless as can be. We are so glad we found you!

My husband passed away in October 2022. We had made prior funeral arrangements in 2016 with Colma Cremation and Funeral Services. When the time came for me to have a Memorial Mass and Cremation for my husband it was very easy to work with Reuben, the Director and his staff. They coordinated everything from the Mass, the special private viewing by the family, including the cremation and placing of his ashes at Holy Cross Cemetery. The funeral services and cremation were well organized and our family was very grateful to Colma Cremation and Funeral Services for the excellent handling of every detail.
