The service writer who I dealt with at the dealership was extremely rude. Essentially made it seem like my appointment and pointless and really not their problem.

The service writer claimed it to be an “app” problem and when I tried to talk she would talk over me. Extremely rude and not how someone should speak to anyone especially a customer.

The solution did end up being an update the truck was due for and the “app” now works as it should.

Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Denise.

UPDATE: I received a phone call from the service manager. He was very professional and allowed me to speak and hear my concerns.

He stated he understood and would take this as a training opportunity for his staff. He was very receptive to what I had to say. It was nice being able to speak with someone at Henry Curtis who did not try to speak over me.

Awesome sandwiches! You can make your own sandwich with tons of different options! They have vegan and gluten free options too!

Good food, quick service. Lots of drinks and snacks to buy inside. Food is pricey. $12 for a very basic BLT. I recommend this place. Just be aware their sandwiches are on the expensive side.

Other than a cot to snooze on while I am waiting, THIS FORD DEALERSHIP offers everything I need to pass my time while waiting, and if I cannot wait they offer a fine shuttle service home and for pick-up from my home when the vehicle is ready to drive. They go out of their way to have (or locate) the parts to keep my vehicle driving, they fix it right every time -- I Thank Them -- KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Tons of selections from the deli and the cooler. This place is my new "go-to" whenever I am in need in the area. Every interaction with the employees was positive and pleasant as well.

Perfect stop for a simple, well made lunch. Got the Hot Classic Reuben (Swiss cheese, pastrami, sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, all on marble rye). Enjoyed every bite.
