The hotel was beautiful but what made it a wonderful stay was the small, intimate staff. They treated us like family and Gail, Tanya, Artimus and the entire team was just a delight.

Even though the pool was under construction, they still had a deal with the Westin to allow us to use the pool across the street.

No denying that this hotel and its team are far and above some of the best service teams I’ve ever been taken care of by. Thank you so much!

This hotel is awesome, the rooms are very comfortable, tastefully appointed, with high quality finishes. The common areas are well done, quiet and like being at home. The staff is fantastic, everyone is very accommodating and friendly. The all inclusive and roof top pool are nice bonuses. We plan to make this our in town get away place.

My experience at The Clement was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. The service is wonderful. The staff is incredible. The general manager, Sebastian, is one of the most excellent hotel managers that I have ever met. Sebastian described the elaborate collection of guitars present in the hotel and was so attentive that everything was taken care of before it even came to mind. I would recommend The Clement to anybody. You will not regret it.

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in North America. And this is someone who has stayed at many 5 star hotels during my business travels. The experience of having everything included within the room rate (food, service, amenities, etc.) made a huge difference as I never had to worry about what I ate or used at the hotel.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. In fact, I’ve tried to emulate it for my own bed since coming home from this trip.

The staff was simply wonderful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable despite the coronavirus situation. During my stay, they really made me feel like there wasn’t a global pandemic happening at all. It was nice to be able to relax and not have to worry about what was happening outside.

The food was incredible as they didn’t cut corners with any of the ingredients. I’d recommend the Clement Burger and the Steak. And the Tin Pot Ice Cream that’s completely included with your stay was a treat that I indulged in every night.

Big credit to the ownership group for this unique idea. I hope it’ll eventually set a standard for the industry. I still can’t believe this hotel exists. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here whenever I travel to the Bay Area.
