They have well-deserved time off requiring less familiar staff to fill in which can slow things down. I've witnessed some very rude behavior from customers while the staff explained the situation and maintained their composure. Many thanks to Pete, Monica and Mae for making my pharmacy visits a pleasure!

(May 31, 2012, 1:59 am)Dr Thai has been my primary care physician for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Another reviewer complains of the level of "unequal, judgmental, authoritarian treatment" fro Dr. Thai. My experience has been the opposite - he is patient, listens to what I have to say and accommodates what I have to say.
