Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was very nice. I had a small repair needed to the bumpe and Eddie explained everything that needed to be done and he answered all my questions in a very kindly manner. I got the car back when he said it would be done and he kept me updated as the repair was being done. The car was cleaned inside and out and the paint job was perfect. I would definitely recommend the Hillcap Ave. Caliber Collision to anyone needing an auto repair.

This place really cares about you and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the great service you expect which I experienced this last May 2023. Justin the manager walked me through the process and his team Maria, Terrie and Michael were also very helpful. Appreciate your handing my van even after the repair and me with care! I highly recommend this auto body repair shop to everyone in the Bay Area. Just go to this place first….you wont regret it!

Best customer service we have experienced from any auto repair facility. They kept us informed and still had our vehicle ready in time despite losing power for couple days. Our truck looks amazing!
