After the repair, I noticed that a small piece on the right side running board is missing. I emailed the advisor next day with multiple photos showing where the missing part is, prior the repair no missing, etc. One week passed there is still no response. I called Caliber Collision at Monterey Road San Jose several times, however only the receptionist took down my name and number but never get a call back.
Update (6/8/2023): The store manager reached me and quickly ordered the missing parts and scheduled installation. The job was completed now and I am very satisfied with their follow up service and attitude and would like to rate the store 5 stars now.

Caliber is the best place to have your car repaired. The team on monterrey rd. made this situation so simple and stressed free.
They took care of everything with great care and detail.
Definitely would recommend to all of my friends.

Vehicle came out looking like new. Shop took care of my major damage, and even covered some touch up repairs for me as well. I was especially pleased to see that after repairs, they took the time to detail the vehicle.
