Heading into the buyers market for the first time, I knew the basics of home buying (ie. equity, down payment, mortgage loan, etc). Brad was always on call or text when I had questions regarding the process or a request to view a house. Brad and I viewed approximately 12 listings over a 3 month period with the final listing being the only one I made an offer on (I’m picky). That was my first offer ever into the real estate world and my offer was accepted. All due to Brad’s hard work, personable skills, and his determination to become successful and help others obtain their dreams. Brad is very professional and organized, but at the same time goes that extra mile to know his clients on a personal level. Brad always treated me as a friend first then his client, I never felt rushed to make any immediate decisions, and he took the time to help me weigh out pros and cons when it came to those big decisions.
