I was looking for housing in the San Jose area and really liked Avalon in Campbell. I met with Eileen Rodriguez for a self-guided tour once on my own and a second time with my wife. Eileen was very welcoming, kind, professional, and remembered what my wife does for work from when I had mentioned it before. I was really impressed that she got to know us and made me really like Avalon. Thanks Eileen!

We have checked today Avalon Campbell complex during self-guided tour and we liked it a lot. It has an exit to to Los Gatos trail, big pool and cozy backyards. Apartment is great: a lot of natural sunlight, high celling and a lot of other things we are looking for in our next place to leave. Light railway station is close but it is less noisy then we expected.

My husband and I have lived here for under a year. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Rodger with maintenance in particular, stands out the most. Other than being an absolute pleasure to chat with, he always goes above and beyond to meet any of our needs. He is quick to respond to our requests and always does great work. People like him are what makes
a community like Avalon a great place to live.

All members of the Avalon team have been welcoming and helpful. I am especially appreciative of Eileen, who made the application process easy and who has responded promptly to my many questions. I love Avalon’s location. My apartment was spotless and has a full range of amenities not found elsewhere.

Great location. Great people.
We were looking for a place for my mother who was moving in from out of area. Eileen answered all our questions and enabled her to make a sight unseen decision that she felt comfortable with. Her new apartment has all the amenities she wanted and a few she had only hoped for.
Looking forward to exploring the Los Gatos Creek Trail and downtown Campbell.
