Lauren has helped me connect to muscles I thought I'd lost, relieve tension and pain I thought I was stuck with, and develop more strength and coordination. I love that she's available online in addition to in-person, for when my schedule gets too tight for a trip to the studio. I love to hike, ruck, and strength train, and Lauren always knows how to help me improve there too. She's so knowledgeable, and I'm grateful to have found her as a teacher.

Lauren Chertudi is a fantastic Pilates instructor. I have worked with her for many years, both in person and through her virtual sessions during Covid, and she is extremely knowledgable and excellent at providing modifications based on your needs. Lauren's imagery cues are beyond amazing - they make it easy to immediately understand how I should be moving and how to position myself properly to get the most out of the moves. This has always been a strength of hers and was invaluable when we moved to virtual classes. I am very happy to be back in person - Lauren's current studio is gorgeous with a variety of high quality Pilates equipment, a lovely aesthetic and spotless.

Lauren is an awesome Pilates instructor. She is an expert on how to combine breathing, stretching and strengthening using the Pilates format. She really knows how to work with each individual to tailor what they need at their specific level. I also appreciate that she gives really clear instruction on how to do the moves with great attention to detail, so that her clients have correct form in order to maximize the workout. Highly recommend.

I have been taking Pilates classes with Lauren for several years, and I am a big fan. She knows Pilates inside out, and always keeps us students in condition and interested by using new exercises and themes in every class. She is excellent at motivating us, and offers clear modifications whenever anyone needs to work around an injury. Her new studio is terrific, with top-of-the-line reformers and plenty of other equipment, all kept spotless, in rooms that should be featured in Architectural Digest.

I highly recommend Lauren Chertudi - she is a wonderful Pilates instructor! As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I have referred many clients to her, including those who are postpartum. She is kind, energetic, and very knowledgable about the human anatomy and how all the muscles are connected. She is very creative in her Pilates programs, using various forms of techniques and equipment, including the reformer, cadillac/trapeze table, combo chair, and ladder barrel. She heavily focuses on form, quality, and alignment with each exercise. I'm looking forward to referring more clients to her, as I just love her pure and wholesome energy!
