We initially came to Park Central on our last hopes looking for the perfect new home for our family. The leasing agent, Bethany, gave us the grand tour of the community and we were in for such a treat. She answered all of our questions, shared conversation, and went above and beyond for us. Outside of this beautiful community, Bethany was the bow on top of experience. Our family is beyond excited to call park central our home!

I‘ve been a resident here since April 2022, and I absolutely love the leasing and maintenance teams. Anne, Bethany, and Alexis go the extra mile to ensure they meet the needs of the tenants. Even when situations happen out of their control they are very attentive and empathetic. Ernesto, Jose, and Rafael are an amazing maintenance team and truly work to ensure residents needs are taken care of in a timely fashion with professionalism and efficiency. I’m very happy at Park Central.

This review is long over due. My partner and I have lived here at the Park Central complex since May, 2020. We were able to transfer to a larger apartment very easily with fantastic assistance from the Park Central staff. We’ve had wonderful experiences with all of the staff members here. Samantha and Kaitlyn are great in leasing, Anthony has helped us with our maintenance and Tracie (manager) goes above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns with such kindness. We feel lucky to call Park Central our home and don’t plan on leaving any time soon :)
