Called ahead, they gave me a time to drop my car off and have 4 tires installed, gave me a time frame they would be done in and there were no delays. Great service will use them again

During a holiday visit to Belmont, I discovered that my SUV needed tires and an alignment. I called the business, and Peter took my call, answered all my questions, quoted a fair price and offered to order the tires in advance of my service visit. He called me to let me know when the tires were in his shop, and completed the services very quickly. This is the type of customer service that used to be endemic, but has become hard to find. His online ratings, phone conversations and proactive attitude made for a 5-star+ experience.
