We recently hired Bay Area Design and Construction to remodel our home and I couldn't be happier with the results. Payman is a true professional who was always on time, kept me updated on the progress of the project, and was always available to answer any questions I had.

From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team was thorough, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Payman provided valuable suggestions and recommendations throughout the project, and his expertise and attention to detail really showed in the final result.

The workmanship was excellent, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The team went above and beyond to ensure that the project was completed on time.

Before this project, we had no experience with rebuilding/remodeling. We interviewed many contractors before going with Payman and the Bay Area Design and Construction team. Payman met us multiple times to answer our questions about the project. We did not feel rushed to get into a contract with Payman during this time. He provided honest and upfront answers to set our expectations right. Payman walked us through the whole process with extreme patience. We could not have done this without his guidance before and throughout the project.

Once we started, Payman and his team were organized and efficient in keeping the project on track, despite issues with material sourcing during the pandemic. During our weekly meetings, Payman would discuss the progress, list any problems that came up and provide options for workarounds or fixes as needed. Payman is always reachable to answer any questions outside of the weekly meetings. Payman has good connections with various vendors for finish materials. He extended his contractor discounts whenever possible, allowing us to select premium finishes.

We were out of the country for about three months during the project. Payman made sure he had everything from us before we left. He made sure the work did not stop while we were away. Payman would get on a video call to provide updates on our project while we were away.

After project completion and moving, Payman provided continued support in fixing possible problems.

I feel fortunate to have found Payman and the team. Our experience has been above and beyond what one expects from a contractor or a construction company.

We did a remodel with Bay Area Design and Construction and were so pleased with the work they did and the service they provided! From the start, Payman and his team were extremely organized, giving us all the information and guidance we needed on preparing and sourcing the finished materials. Once we got started, the team worked quickly and efficiently and kept things on track. We had a very strict deadline to be back in the house, and the team worked with us to ensure that it was met on time. The weekly meetings with the team to walk through changes that week, next steps, and any questions we had were so valuable and appreciated - it made us feel like we were in the loop at every step of the way! We were thrilled with how the work came out - very high quality. All of the specialists they brought in were top notch and great to work with. We will absolutely be coming back to Bay Area Design and Construction for our future projects!

Bay Area Design and Construction did an amazing job remodeling our house – for once, I actually enjoyed working with a contractor. The job was big - four bathrooms, kitchen, two fireplaces in family and living rooms, floors, tons of plumbing and electrical, all paint and just about everything else.

To me, what sets Bay Area Design and Construction apart is quality of work – their guys are not just contractors – the are true craftsman! The quality of tile and stonework, carpentry, floors, paint and everything else was impeccable – everyone who saw what they had done mentioned that’s the best job anyone ever saw – just look at the pictures!

What I especially liked about Payman (the owner) is that he honestly wanted to do the right thing and make us happy. As with any large project, we had hiccups – we changed our minds here and there, some things needed tweaking, scheduling was difficult to manage because of the COVID and supply chain – Payman and the team handled that with utmost professionalism and ease. I would absolutely use them again!

It was the second time that we worked with Payman, however; this time our remodel was a major almost to the point of rebuilding our house. Payman is a reliable and trusted contractor and you can have peace in mind that you work will be done with the highest quality and no cutting corners. Payman's attention to details is superb. We had a few situations that we couldn't think of a solution and Payman came up with the solutions that were not only practical but also very nice regarding the finishes. Payman's crew are very cordial and knowledgeable and again very trusted. His main key people are experts in what they are doing. If we come up with another project, we don't look anywhere else and go straight to Payman and Bay area design and construction. Thank you Payman and team for giving us our dream home.
