I talked to several contractors, including Zack, about a remodel. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and organization in particular. He's got a program that keeps his clients informed of project details, and a platform in which you can share fixtures that you've purchased so that they can be accommodated in his designs. Of all the contractors, he was the only one that provided me with a quote and design as promised and in a timely manner.

I've referred several clients to Rise Builders and every one of them have told me they were extremely satisfied with the service that Zack and his team provided.

The contractor/builder industry gets a bad rap because of the disservice that many of them provide. The lack of communication and unethical practice is extremely common. Zack and his team at Rise Builders practice the complete opposite.

Communication is something that is rare with most contractors. The clients that have worked with Zack and his team have told me that they thoroughly explain the timeline and what's involved, and have software that takes much of the hassle out of the process.
